Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is also reflected in our Sustainability Report, which states: "Our multicultural workforce of more than 16,000 employees works at more than 50 locations in over 20 countries worldwide, yet is united by our values that emphasize collaboration, open-mindedness and mutual respect." This is also anchored in our commitment to the Diversity Charter, which we signed in 2021.
The Webasto sustainability and environmental policy stipulates the fair and equal treatment of all employees. "We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment based on gender, race, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, age, disability, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law."
